So here’s a shout out to the one girl who follows my blog religiously, a sexy lady by the name of Beevs, who made me feel like a celeb by requesting that I update.

This summer has been incredible. I set out to be as reckless as possible before I had to sell my soul to the devil i.e. the Office of Res Life. Unfortunately, the RA position kind of prohibits me from documenting my conquests publicly, since in order to have even the littlest bit of fun at this school, at least five housing rules must be blatantly defied. In other news, that last statement was off the record.

I saw Inception a few nights ago and couldn’t figure out what all the hype was about. Funny how the movie was about different levels of consciousness and I myself reached unconsciousness while watching it. What I’m trying to say here is that it was boring and I fell asleep. While the movie was interesting and I feel I hold a firm grasp on its meaning, I have yet to understand the point of the whole endeavor. I couldn’t find any real world implications or deeper themes that left me with a feeling of profound impact or inspiration.

I saw the story as centered around one character and the depths of his consciousness, as reflections of his memories and emotions work to bring him toward self actualization. There might have been something in there about corporations and manipulation but if there was, it surely wasn’t too important. This movie was about Leo’s fictional character, and if you didn’t care about Leo’s character than you weren’t enthralled in the film. But hey, at least it made you think. Maybe not about anything real or important, but using your brain is a good thing I suppose. Very Donnie Darko in that way, but I obsessed much less over this one.

So what else to say really? Bitches aint shit but hoez and trickz. I got another tattoo. I still like cheese and aspire to become famous for doing nothing. And naps are cool. Naps are reallly, really cool.
